I was double charged for my Trust Federal Tax Return. I am trying to apply for a refund, but it says the invoice is not found as of yet. Double charge of $192.60 QSTCC337586420

Turbo Tax was very helpful. This was my first year doing the taxes for my family trust, and I was a little nervous. But I've used Turbo Tax before for my personal taxes, and it was just as easy.

Took me over 9 hours because of 1 item I added to deductions at the last minute because you charge me another $120 for extra tax software... I hate all of this!

I was audited for 2023. Much to my surprise your audit protection only lasts one year. That detail was buried in the fine print and not in the email or purchase screen. Given the IRS response time, one year is virtually useless.

Not as helpful as it needs to be. Very minimal guidance filling out New Mexico taxes, basically just opened the forms for you to fill out, the checked it but not great at leading the user to the corrections. Fought my input mostly.

Not very intelligent. Got stuck in error loop that was difficult to trouble hoot and stopped me from filing. Had to rely on outside AI help and read a bunch of help articles to work through the issue. Wasted a lot of time.

I had to override a few numbers because they were not correct. It did not walk me through the installment sale The program did not bring over the information from the previous year tax return.

You are making it so hard to find the desktop version on your site i am inclined to move away from Turbo Tax next year. You are driving me to buy the more expensive expert version when I don't need it.

Thank Goodness for Claude and OpenClaw, otherwise I would have never gotten through this. Better stop milking this cash cow and get on the AI bandwagon.

Once I finally got the software downloaded for the s-corp it was easy to use. I did have to ask AI a few things, but got through it. I have used turbo tax for about 8-10 years and I'd like to think it gets easier.
