extremely easy to use, I don't like doing taxes, but I believe moving forward, I'll start doing my own taxes instread of paying thousands of dollars to a CPA for 30mins work. I have all of the documentation anyway.

I have used Quick Books and Turbo Tax now for over 25 years. When Quick books went online, it made it so much harder to transfer all the information, Next year I will have to look at some other ways to save money and still achieve the same out come,

Easy import of accurate depreciation & header data from prior year's return. E-filed with data from prior year as verification. Updates IRS items regularly.

Excellent experience doing and filing my business returns with Turbotax business. I've been using Turbotax for years and have been a very satisfied customer the entire time

I do appreciate having accurate up to date forms that follow the current laws. I was really pleased that last year's data was loaded to get me started.

Turbo Tax was very helpful. This was my first year doing the taxes for my family trust, and I was a little nervous. But I've used Turbo Tax before for my personal taxes, and it was just as easy.

Improve step by step instructions to cover ALL the forms that must be completed. Add installment sales of prior years to Real Estate SUMMARY so that they are not forgotten Let the user see the attachments and agree to them before moving on

Kludgy interface. Pop-ups block the app and is bigger than the screen, so hard to close. No way to copy and past content from the screen to a search engine to look things up. No idea why this isn't an online tool, would be so much easier.

I filed the federal return with no problems. It would be great if the state of Ohio actually worked. I've paid for it in years past, but couldn't use it due to some Ohio requirement or a TurboTax issue I couldn't solve.

This was much better than expected. It took Intuit 3 days just to let me download the software because of issues related to their billing and e-commerce, but once I got the software the product itself was great.
