Confusing steps to complete Foreign Tax Paid. No help with electronic fund payment date for Foreign Taxes specifically the detail required for "various" payments. In general, the Turbo Tax Help was "No Help"

I have used turbo tax products for many years. Turbo tax business is user friendly software and is exactly what I need to match Quick books accounting software to complete taxes preparation tor our business.

Good experience with Support while reporting an apparent problems in Turbo Tax Business software program. Also had problems accessing the Michigan Fiduciary Add On from my desktop application. Support was very helpful with both issues.

I do appreciate having accurate up to date forms that follow the current laws. I was really pleased that last year's data was loaded to get me started.
