TurboTax charging $143 for this level of service is ridiculous. Business tax filing is already stressful, and the software made it worse by being unclear, confusing, and poorly explained at several key steps. Instead of giving users confidence during an important financial task, it created frustration and uncertainty. What makes it even more embarrassing is that ChatGPT provided clearer and more useful guidance than a paid tax platform. For $143, users should expect clear instructions, reliable support, and a product that actually helps them file correctly. That is not what we got. In an era where AI support is everywhere, it is hard to understand why TurboTax does not offer intelligent, step-by-step help built into the process. That alone could have prevented a lot of confusion. The worst part was the actual filing experience. Even though our business has two shareholders, the forms only showed one, which caused errors and turned the entire process into a mess. After spending two hours trying to fix it, we had no choice but to start over from scratch. It was a nightmare. Overall, this was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. For the price TurboTax charges, users deserve a product that works smoothly and supports them properly, not one that creates more problems than it solves.

This is the second year I've had to fight the program with no support. You had an error in depreciation review, but no way to find out the problem was yours without digging through chat boards. Unlike the personal tax software, there is zero support or it's well hidden.

This was pretty easy to use but not as easy as doing it online. Since I didn't want to pay the $450 for an expert the desktop was my only option. I liked using this over the paper filing, but I would much rather use the online version and request an expert if necessary.

Each time I've engaged with an expert I have found them to be professional., Patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. The features are great. However, it would be nice to add online help with Turbo tax desktop business edition. The support I've received has been fantastic

Please allow us to import our 1099 Composite from investors (in my case, Schwab). Having to manually put all this information in is extremely time consuming and prone to errors. Why can I do this import for my personal taxes but now for the Trust taxes I also have to file

The business software has been a life-saver for filing my 1120S. Its already a large obstacle to complete the closing of our company's books in QBO and the transition to TurboTax is a game changer. Love the interview interface and ability to switch to Forms mode.

You have not fixed North Carolina Information Worksheet Part II - Multi-State Information. Form does not work if you select No to multi-state. Then when I try to print NC return since you can't e-file, it advises me that their are errors. Then the software would only print the NC return but not the Federal return that is supposed to be sent with it.

Its pretty easy to use until you get to the review part. You have to go into the forms and its not always straight forward as to what you need to do to correct the error and you get into a circle or trying to correct and getting the same error again. Kinda frustrating. I did resort to chatgpt for help on some items.

Turbotax Business software continues to decline in its appeal as an easy to use tax package for tax matter reps of multi-member LLCs. The North Carolina package also appears to be getting more complicated. .Another negative is only making it available to Windows 11 users and limiting purchase options to download.

I understand that filling out the required information may be straightforward for professional accountants. However, when the application is used by ordinary users—those who purchase it for a simple small business and do not rely on professional services (which is precisely my situation)—I would say the program is not very intuitive. At the very least, it does not provide easy access to the tips and guidance needed when questions arise. And if such help is available, it is not easy to find. That does not mean I was unable to complete the process—which is why I rated it three stars. In fact, I was able to finish it; I simply had to spend hours conducting independent research to do so.
