attempting to find and prepare a prior year return is very difficult. I was double billed for this product and have requested a refund

I prefer desktop to anything online. With desktop I know where it is, who can review it and it won't changed, moved or deleted

Easy and accurate. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never had a situation that could not be handled with this software

There isn't enough helpful information in the software to be able to figure out how to answer the yes no questions

Disappointing this year. Entering and processing returns went OK but the app just would NOT e-file. Had to send paper copies.

The software was easy to install -- no error messages encountered. Using it was also easy and the application was easy to maneuver.

It's almost like AI is writing the software. It is that good. Intuitive. Please no ads ever in this software.

the TurboTax Business could not transfer info from prior year. Help desk tried but could not resolve the issue.
