Absolutely sucks at the provision of information, details are missing, links did not work well. And support is non-existent

Easiest tax software i have ever used. Called in for support and got the nicest person that was able to take care and explain all of my concerns.

Straight forward and easy to follow. Everything was well explained during the information entry process.

I have always used TurboTax to file my personal and business taxes. Its always easy to use and quick to file.

Federal is easy state of Wisconsin never goes easy, very hard to understand. I always have review issues and still don't understand

I have used TT for years, for myself and the RNH Trust. I especially like the transfer from prior year feature.

turbo tax would not transfer information from company quickbooks file! froze and lost information 3 times.

It refused to e-file my returns because it wouldn't accept the business activity code. I tried 454110 and 452000.

Overall experience was great, however still unable to automatically allocate amounts to individual K-1s. Need to have that fixed somehow.

Sadly they no longer show the running total (in the upper left of the turboTax) of what you owe or are refunded...
