Price increases every year and yet the same import problems from Quickbooks have been there for years, requiring use of the so called smart forms to reconcile.

The software is outstanding but it is becoming more and more difficult. Adding the ability to get help is a huge improvement. However, even the telephone help had issues with some of the questions. We did figure it out together

TurboTax is great, the only issue I have is it will not Import from Quickbooks Online version. C'mon Intuit, do better. Maybe next year you'll have your products connected?

Most things make sense, but it was very easy to contact an expert to gain clarity. Filing with access to the previous year's information is so convenient.

Worked flawlessly, I liked being able to print and access forms as i moved through the process. Better than online version.

Complete. However, the assistance provided to the preparer is not as good as the directions in Turbo Tax Deluxe for individuals.

get to filing and there are huge swaths of basic questions missing answers and i have to fill out the 1065 manually. why did i pay for this?
