After an update my license key was no longer recognized. Had to get replacement license key. I could not save my file and in total spent over 2 hours on the phone with tech support. Barely got my taxes submitted before the deadline

Some questions were hard to interrupt or understand and I had to do extra research to answer questions. The program hard to navigate if one has to go back and forth between different sections.

The printable documents are awful. Can't read them or understand as the words overrun each page. Not a copy to save or send out. I am using Microsoft 365. Fix that, and you will be good. The flow of how-to file is pretty seamless and easy

We have been using TurboTax Business for many years. However, one bug never been corrected on Schedule L. Under the capital and Liability in the beginning of the year always gives an error.

I am trustee and sole beneficiary so I believe it should be a simple trust. TurboTax changes it to a "Complex" trust. I don't know how to prevent this.

THE REP THAT WE HAD WAS YOUR EMPLOYEE, DEEP. HE WAS EXCELLENT. NONETHELESS, YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT INTUITIVE AT ALL. IT TAKES A LOT OF EFFORT TO UNDERSTAND IF WE ARE GOING ABOUT THE FILING IN THE APPROPRIATE MANNER.

Donna is the Best!! I could not download a crucial form and she guided me every step of the way!! Now my returns have been properly filed where it had taken me days to no avail. Donna was very patient with me.

Maybe there's a way to do it, but seems like every time I reopen the file I need to start from the beginning (at least for each section). It would be nice if it could pick up where I left off.

Trying to find the correct TurboTax product (Business) that I needed on the website was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Ended up calling for help. Took the customer service rep two hours on the phone to get me the product I needed.

Problem attaching form 8453FE Turbo Tax showed form as not final do no file. however IRS did not indicate that was correct.I used form from IRS page and attached.
