We have used TurboTax for over a decade and have made it a staple in our business practice. Other than getting to know the changes made from year to year, the product is stable and streamlined.

I have a simple business return, so I used Turbo Tax Business software to prepare my return. If you use "guide me" it will help you complete the return.

Mostly incredibly helpful, enough so that I don't need to use an accountant to do my trust returns. Don't feel certain, though, that Schedule F is being consistently incorporated year to year.

First i bought the wrong version then when i completed the right one, but before filing, it crashed. had to delete all of the downloads and start over. might not come back to turbotax next time.

Very difficult for me to get it balanced. State tax prep is a ripoff, paying an additional $55 for answering a couple of questions and then the forms don't print to mail to state.

It was not very comprehensive when looking at the questions and then looking at the form. They were not necessarily the same which made this a complicated experience for my first time. I probably won't do this again, especially for the cost!

I've beeing using Turbotax for years. Although I like the product, I hate that it is not offered in dark mode. Microsoft, Google, Wikipedia all now have dark mode. So why am I sitting here "blinded by the light" of Turbotax to do my taxes?

Some instructions are confusing at the end after filing the taxes. It says I need to print and mail the documents to the Government, but this form doesn't have any forms in it.

I've been using Turbo Tax Business for many years and I appreciate that the look and feel and organization of the product remains consistent and familiar. Taxes are hard enough without having to re-learn software on top of it!
