I was able to prepare my taxes under 2 hours after gathering all the paperwork from last year. It was quite straightward. I plan to use Turbotax again next year.

I've used TurboTax for many years. It seems like the product has been slipping a lot over the past few years. More vague instructions, errors in calculations, etc. It's pretty bad when I know more about the math than the software does!

Disappointed that I am unable to utilize QuickBooks online to download into TurboTax. It was a manual process. I will be converting back to the desktop version.

Not to intuitive on the Business side of things. I had to make some overrides to assure accuracy where TT did not calculate correctly, and then it would not let me e-file even though everything was checked and marked correct.

This is an exceptional package. It is easy to use and gives you help when you run into a jam. I've used the business locally installed package as well as the online personal application. Both are exceptional in my opinion.

Great experience for my first time doing corporation taxes. Federal return was straightforward. As expected, some parts for the California return were a bit challenging.

Tried to e-file state, but got stuck in an endless loop of reviewing due to "we need more information" and could not edit anything to get the loop to stop. Ended up printing & mailing.

Today I had an Amazing Experience with a live Tax expert she was sooo patient and calmly guided me through every step of the way I am soo very Thankful and will be a customer of TurboTax for future years.

I had to prepare the same Form 1120 five times before submitting as it the file continues to be corrupt. The "experts" couldn't figure out how this could have happened.
