You are being penalized for the very poor experience of the online business return program. It did not indicate any payment was due (a discounted amount of $$489 !!) until the last step. What a waste of time!!

Turbo Tax walked me through the filing process step by step and gave detailed explanations to questions I had. This took some of the stress away from filing.

Still does not have capability to download 1099s. How archaic is that? Could not file taxes without attaching K-1, but a K-1 is not needed. Interview process in the beginning does not let me select disability trust - had to do it manually.

When preparing IL filing, Turbotax defaulted to filing an extension. I did not select this option and was not given the option to remove extension from the questions. The only way I could fix is to manually go to the forms.

Having used Turbo Tax Business for many years, I am impressed with the step by step process of entering my data from my year end spreadsheet. I highly recommend.

My family has been using turbotax for probably well over 20 years now. I know that we had it as a kid and thats been at least that long. Great product!!

A few questions I had could not be answered via help feature requiring additional time spent finding answers. Overall, gets the job done without too much time spent.

Full of bugs. Immediately after purchase get a notification that have to wait for update to file. Several forms for filing were completely blank. If I have to fill things out by hand, what is the point of the software. Should have used Taxcut.

Turbo Tax this year's version is much less user friendly in my opinion. The comparison last year on the Trust return didn't ask any of the same questions or lead to where to input income etc. I basically had to find that for myself.
