The recent update(s) clashed with Windows and C++. This caused a week delay in our work and many hours of troubleshooting before we could finish our returns.

I would really like to be able to use Turbo Tax for state trust returns. Product is very expensive if someone only has trusts but not an actual business.

I needed a payment voucher form for CA for fiduciary e-filed returns (form 3843) and it was NOT INCLUDED in the forms that turbo Tax provided/printed, yet it told me I needed it!!! I had to hunt it down online myself.

Everything well explained except if an error is found then sometimes the remedy is briefly worded so it is difficult to understand (for a non-tax professional)

I've used TTax Individual and TTax Business many years. Business seemed more difficult than usual this year. Too many screens and too many words. I don't want a conversation with AI, i just want the job done.

Transferring from QuickBooks Online to the TurboTax Business have never worked for me. L form, M1 and M2 form balance with QuickBooks accounting books is not user friendly.

Turbo Tax Business needs to be made easier to use. It assumes professionals are using it instead of just mom and pop shops with minimal accounting knowledge.

Price increases every year and yet the same import problems from Quickbooks have been there for years, requiring use of the so called smart forms to reconcile.

I have used this product for several years. The process is easy to follow, with explanations on any questions I may have that are understandable and very helpful

I've never had such problems with Turbo Tax as I did this year. The individual and business versions needed assistance by Intuit support. After it is all done, the program worked again.
