Very good product. Somewhat expensive.!! The state softeware is not at the same level. Turbotax should be offering long times customers meaningful discounts

The none CD software version caused me problems. it was difficult to download the software and my computer had trouble executing the program to install the program. I was finally able to get it to work.

I have been using Tubo Tax for over 10 years. It is easy to use. The best feature is the ability to pull the previous tax information into the new year. I do not have to enter everything again.

In past years if I was looking for a topic the search option allowed you to jump to the topic desired. The new chat is worthless since I get answers for items other then questions asked.

You make life so much easier!!!! Once I have everything organized, which takes a while, I simply type it all in and breathe a huge sigh of relief. Done for another year!

Turbo Tax Business does not handle multiple member LLCs well. It will not accept Disregarded Entities (Trusts) as LLC members to file electronically. You have to print Federal and State tax returns and file by mail. Not user friendly.

The agent we spoke with was very helpful except he could not resolve the issue with NJ e file. The agent took his time and did not rush to get me off the line.

Why aren't the 1099's ready to print earlier in January? AND Why do I have to navigate through so many windows pushing accounting services? I just want to buy software to do them myself.

Unable to e-file state forms which are very easy to complete using federal information. This information is not provided until after you purchase the state for $55 and go to file. Federal is very easy once you complete the first year.

I love how I was filing for my state Tax and I was wondering what is the income tax percentage for it and where I will be file that number on what section. TurboTax would just let me know when something is missing.
