Still have the issue with no State Tax information carrying forward to 2024. More of an issue with K-1 activity where I need to reenter all of that data!

Software is easy to use. However, it wouldn't allow me to import my data file from QuickBooks so I had to manually enter the data. This feature needs to be improved.

Misspellings, incorrect descriptions, and telephone "help" that is no help have become worse and worse over the years, causing far too much grief. Looking for a better solution.

I am amazed at how easy TurboTax is to use. I am very satisfied with the software. I like doing my taxes myself because it gives me a deeper understanding of our organizations finances.

The recent update(s) clashed with Windows and C++. This caused a week delay in our work and many hours of troubleshooting before we could finish our returns.

In the step by step there was no process in place to enter distributions from an LLC. It was very confusing and difficult to figure out how to enter them on the forms because when I went to the forms, it would not allow me to enter anything.

Not sure why I need to pay $55 for a state return, it actually states $50 on the software, and then I can't even file electronically. ALL TAX SOFTWARE SHOULD BE PROVIDED FREE BY THE GOVERNMENT WHO COLLECTS TAXES

I have used TurboTax for Business for several years and like it very much. I especially like the way it tracks depreciation for me and carries over a lot of details from last year.

There was a clear error in the way TurboTax treated our state LLC taxes. We had to find the error and overwrite the incorrect values - this took a lot of time.

I have used this for years to do my partnership taxes. Stopped importing from QB because it seemed to put things wrong for me. Much faster to just enter the few things myself.
