In general, very pleasant experience. There are room for improvement, particularly at providing additional context info when prompt user to select different options.

Easy to use however electronic filing of federal and state returns was impossible finally had to resort to filing printed originals the program got stuck looping and looping again and again

Cheap and easy way to prepare you LLC return. It took me an hour to prepare this return. This is the second year I have used Turbo Tax LLC and will continue to do so.

TurboTax Business ONLY works with Desktop and not Online which is very inconvenient. Should be available to interface with all Intuit products, otherwise this would be (5) stars.

I've been using TurboTax for Business for the past 15 years. TT (along with Quickbooks) lets me file my LLC business taxes and get the K-1s out in about 3 hours. Never a problem. Always helpful. Thanks again, TurboTax.

I've used TurboTax for many years. It seems like the product has been slipping a lot over the past few years. More vague instructions, errors in calculations, etc. It's pretty bad when I know more about the math than the software does!

I had some issues this year with downloading the state return and correcting some entries that caused me additional time. I called in and talked with Star, a Tax Specialist, and she was great, very friendly and helped me solve my issue.

Generally very positive but the information and guidance about UBIA is very confusing and incomplete. This section is pretty small for my return but I really have NO IDEA what it is. Still, for a simple business such as ours it worked well overall.

Turbo tax needs to provide more guidance for Estate/Trust Form 1041. I paid for the Business product and expect to have guidance needed to file the taxes

It is very complicated, not user friendly, you cannot see your amounts owed as you progress through the return - you have to complete the return first.
