Smooth, simple, helpful experience. I was able to return to areas I needed more info and I could choose to do the step by step route. Grateful for this.

I love Turbotax, however I purchased a download product and it would not download and I had to call support. It took 30 minutes to get to work, but once it downloaded it was a breeze!

Easy to use however electronic filing of federal and state returns was impossible finally had to resort to filing printed originals the program got stuck looping and looping again and again

Clunky, severe lack of helpful explanations and links like in your browser-based tools. Also, key forms that I had to print, sign, and scan to include with filing had huge watermarks all over them that made them impossible to use.

I need to be able to download 1099's for trust returns like I can for Turbotax for individuals? Should be a straightforward improvement you can make?

Generally, a great product. Some areas could use more clarification eg whether tax exempt interest dividends are entered as tax exempt interest; fixing balance sheet issues.

I was disappointed that 1099s cannot be imported into TurboTax Business like TurboTax Deluxe is able to do. Also, many of the "jump to" buttons did not work as expected.

it was difficult to find the downloadable version, it was easy to find the more expensive online version. Don't like the fact you have to automatically enroll for next year too, seems like this should be illegal.

Every year you change everything and hard to follow. Now your app will only print less than half size, I have tried everything and will not print. My state requires return to be mailed.
