I have had the worse experience of my life with turbo tax and intuit after 20 years of using their products. I have spent hours on the phone, spent tons on quickbooks on-line was told if I purchased the more expensive online plus that it would seamlessly transfer into turbo tax, all of it was lies they do not work together and never have, its all useless money spent to aid in preparing a business return

This is my 5th filing year for a Trust, and I've used TurboTax Business each time. Here are the three key reasons for my rating. 1) Does not import data from my financial institutions (like Personal does). 2) Does not help at all with my State filing for Utah. 3) Does not offer a Mac version of the Business software. I switched from a PC to a Mac a handful of months ago and was really disappointed to learn Intuit does not offer a version of TurboTax Business for the Mac. Luckily my PC is still functional, so I was able to file for 2024. But I'm now worried about next year.

Executing TurboTax Business at the Federal Level is good.....but at the Illinois state level, the software is almost worthless. TurboTax for Illinois Estates and Trusts is Absolutely worthless. There is NO help, no way to deleted certain forms EXCEPT to delete and start over.... Worthless at best.

I use Business turbo tax for fed and state to only input from my children's trusts stock information which provides interest, dividends and stock transactions. The system never makes it seemless to entry the data without requiring manual overrides to complete. I have suffered with this for a number of years hoping it will improve. It hasn't and this will be the last year I use it unless you can assure me that you have spent the time to fix the problems.

This is not good. The federal works okay. The AZ state setup is a mess. A lot of manual work to get it to go through. Luckily I'm a CPA and know exactly how the forms should look but to the average user, this would be tough. I'd be better off doing the state on paper.

Horrible product. Intuit/Turbotax couldn't care less about its customers. No help for "error 2", no way to directly import from QB Online, and no way to get help from someone who actually knows the product. This is absolutely the last year I will use their bad products

State doesn't pick up the complete data from Federal, I need to enter manually.

better than prior years, easier to navigate the site, and correct form errors
