It was pretty easy to do my 1041s and K-1s this year. It would be great, however, if you would include state returns. I've been doing this for enough years, that to not have state returns available in TurboTax is a hassle and will prevent 5-star reviews. Thank you for your consideration.

After years of great work this years products have really been frustrating......download state tax loops, filaure on personal returns (so far) to load....this has been absolute MISERY. Seems next year, I need to review and investigate alternatives....very disappointed to date.

You really do need to add the capability to "import" 1099 data from financial institutions. Without it, I will switch to another software provider. I am tired of putting all my data on a spreadsheets from 20+ 1099's to add manually. I have been a TT customer for more than 25 years.

There are areas in the worksheets and forms that are pulling incorrect information and there is no "help" or "guide me" instructions to direct the user where in the worksheet is the information located to be able to make the appropriate changes. This is very frustrating and time consuming as I spent hours going back and forth between forms and worksheets which failed to correct the issues. I am very uncomfortable as I do not know if the information in the actual returns filed with IRS and state is accurate. These issues should be corrected as the software was expensive but mostly it exposes the taxpayer to unnecessary potential audits.

Normally I give you 5 stars but only 4 this year because of the bug filled update process which I've never experienced with this product before. Starting the program would force me through the update process which usually failed (after taking 5 to 10 minutes). Then I d'loaded the "superpatch" and ran that (which took another 5 minutes) and forced a restart of the program. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. For my last session completing the return, it literally took me an hour to successfully get through the update process and get back to working on my return. Very frustrating! Please fix whatever caused this before you release the next TurboTax for Business in 2025!

Problem with uploading document. The uploaded document would not show up in the file to be submitted electronically or to print despite numerous attempts. Contacted customer service and was not able to solve the problem. Forced me to print off tax return and mail. I've been using Turbo tax for 30 years. Seriously need to look at another tax software company.

I have been using Turbo Taxes for more than two decades and so far this year has been the worst experience I have ever had. I am not sure if it is because Turbo Tax changed to download only (I used to purchase CD) and the download and transmittal of returns had absolutely no issues at all. This year there had been numerous error messages and I needed to diagnose the problems myself or I would not be able to continue.

For the amount of money we pay, you need a LOT more help info on how and where to find the various tax ID numbers needed. Also a MUCH more prominent method of getting the help you say we can access (if only we can find out how). I have used your product since your company began but next year I'm thinking of switching.

Balance sheet was extremely confusing and offered little guidance to correct my mistakes wish this system could of recognized my error and guided me to correct it. Once i was able to get assistance from another person it was clear and obvious where i went wrong. i hope to see improved systems in next years system

I have used TurboTax for years and have really enjoyed it. This year, unbeknown to me, there was a limit on the size of an attached file. When I took a photo of Form 8453-FE and then uploaded the file it failed to send and I received a message indicating I had "internet transmission problems". After 3+ hours talking with a support technician (and after trying all of the normal cures, such as deleting programes, updating programs and others) we stumbled on the possibility the size of the file was too large. I resized the image and then it transmitted. Ugh! So, beware of the size of the document you are attaching to a form.
