Love the product. I use the business version for 3 corporations and one LLC I own, and it lets me define and know everything. IT also lets me start working on the taxes before year's end to know what adjustments I need to make in the expense side of things as a tax strategy to close the year. It is made more complex by having more than 11 bank accounts.

I was surprised and frustrated that I "started" my taxes on the WRONG TurboTax product. Evidently I completed my taxes on the ONLINE LIVE product, and went to file, only to be shown the price of $489. NOT even a little bit happy about that shocker. I eventually spoke with Anthony in Kissimmee, FL, and he got me on the right track.

The 1120S form is hard to see (i.e. a final form and not all the working forms). This used to be the case .... same for stare. When you leave the step-by-step flow to look at a form, TTAX does not go back to where you were in the step-by-step flow ... resulting in repeated clicks to get back to that point in the workflow.

Turbo Tax worked well and quickly. Only issue I had was that I was not able to register the product. I am in Canada and the company registered address is in Canada (a US LLC). The tax system was fine with the Canadian address but the registration page would not allow a Canadian province and postal code that i could find. Also could not find a way to contact support regarding the issue.

I am done with intuit products this year after 20 years you have lost our support and would rate intuit right next to AT@T and Xfinity for the worst support out there along with products that dont work with each other at all and are not intuitive for a smart person. I would love to see one of your experts input on Q Books simple start because desktop is no longer avaliable and then elegently trtransfer your hard work over to Turbo Tax for S corp. YOU CANT DO IT

Easy to use. The rollover feature from year to year, which saves my prior year data is essential when computing gains/losses, etc. In terms of support, I use the question and answer feature on your website when researching issues. I can usually resolve my issue pretty quickly using this feature.

There is no information for owners of small businesses either in TurboTax or in the support system on how to correctly do a Balance Sheet, or what most of the terms even mean. This is an expensive program and makes so many assumptions about how knowledgeable that the Balance Sheet sectioin is totally unusable for someone whose business is NOT in financial areas. How would a guy running a small service business even use this. Balance sheets are not appropriate for small businesses running services. You need to include relevant examples of what each term means in terms of things a service business would do. For one small example, how does a car repair shop know what to enter for Accounts payable at the begininng of the year. Is it my rent for January, but I alrewady paid that in December of the prior year.

I purchased the State package for Colorado which literally could have been done manually in 10 minutes only to see that there was no e-File. Due to issues I've had in the past, I was willing to pay $$ to ensure that i had the electronic receipt of the taxes being filed. Definitely skip the State (Colorado).

1. Gui looks like it was made in the 1960's, maybe 1800's. 2. When checking for errors, we updated according to instructions, then when filing, we were told those updates had to be undone. 3. Had to update turbo tax to continue filing form. 4. Expensive for a primitive under supported app. 5. Will never recommend. 6. No automation, a lot of data was repetitive. 7. Resizing window doesn't resize its contents. Add responsive design please. 8. This survey couldn't even automate to add email used in app.
