Turbotax makes it easy for me to do our business taxes. It is very straightforward and to the oint, and the best thing is if you continue using them the returns from prior years populate with much of the needed info the next year decreasing time to do the taxes themselves. Been with turbo tax for our business taxes for many years and will continue.

Some aspects were unclear and did not have "Explain This", which caused a call into the Customer Service Center. Also, when I reached them, I had to be redirected to someone that dealt with TT Business. It even required that person to go back and dig into the question more deeply. All in all, it was okay but took time and caused delays on both sides..

Normally I have good luck with TT, but this year they had a bug in the e-filing of the state return (CA). It would give an error code and say my version is out of date, but there were no updates when I checked. I tried customer service but they had me try everything I already tried. It finally worked on the 27th when more forms came available.

HELLO, I HAVE BEEN WITH TURBO TAX SINCE 1972 AND I HAVE ENJOYED THE PRODUCT. I HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED A DISK WITH THE PRODUCT ON IT. THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR THAT I HAD TO DOWN LOAD THE PRODUCT FROM THE INTERNET. I USUALLY PURCHASE BUSINESS AND HOME AND BUSINESS. SEPTEMBER I WILL BE 80 YEARS OLD. NOW I WAS REQUIRED TO CHANGE. THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORSE EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE.,

Used it to file a trust tax return and produce a K1. In addition to being expensive this program sucks and is next to useless. There is a lot of information you have to fill in on your own with little or no guidance. Wind up having to do a lot of research on your own.

How do you file your state business taxes? Turbo Tax said "can't e-file state taxes" So how do I file my state business taxes? No explanation. I paid $55 to get state forms but I filed only my federal taxes but what about state?? Very confusing!!!! Why the heck did I have to buy state income tax forms and I can't even file them. If I can't file them using Turbo Tax then I should be refunded the money I spent on state documents. By the way, I am filing taxes for New Mexico. So....... what the heck?

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this is the first time I have used Turbo Tax for business. While it costs more than regular Turbo Tax, it seems to be the forgotten stepchild. It does not allow importing of 1099s, it does not give you a running tax liability at the top, and it does not seem to offer a lot of advice.

Very frustrated that Turbo Tax Business cannot directly download information from Quickbooks online. This was angering enough that I may no longer use your products in the future. I like Turbotax and I like Quickbooks. The fact they cannot communicate is huge failure for Intuit.

I use TurboTax Business as a trustee for a trust for an elderly relative (obviously on a PC). I use TurboTax Premier for my personal taxes on a Mac. Comparing the two is like night and day. At a minimum I'd like to see the trust portion of the business application available for Mac so I don't have to switch computers. I don't really think a trust of this kind needs the full business version. So you could just include trusts as either part of a more advanced personal version or something stand alone (on the Mac). It would also help to have more help and explanations similar to what is offered on the personal versions. Since this is not really a business per se, I only become involved with it at tax time.

Mixed experience. Form 1041 worked well enough because the return was simple. Two attempts to efile failed because of an unspecified "server problem". Third try 2 days later was successful, but it took a while so I was holding my breath. Form 1065 for our LLC can be clumsy. Entering basic income/expense is straightforward. Entering asset purchases, sales, and getting proper depreciation numbers can be hit and miss. I struggle with the balance sheet every year. No real help given in the program to figure out what is causing out of balance. In summary, I find TT Business has a much steeper learning curve than does TT Deluxe, for example.
