Would like to have the option to fill in types of expenses when they do not fit the provided expenses.

Very disappointed. Unlikely to use next year.

Horrible. Long time user. Errors all over the place. Wont let me e-file. Took more time debugging software vs. actually doing taxes. Inexcusable.

I will be looking elsewhere for next year's taxes

Software is glitchy. I had to go back frequently. I was unable to use a promised credit to purchase the state product.

Trusts are complex but TurboTax helps make it less

Trusts are complex. I may have to have help next year as it seems each year things get more and more complex.
