I like the program, but I end up spending lots of time for balancing the Balance sheet M1, M2, L, and the Depreciation form because there is no guidance why its flagging , to fix those errors.

Errors were reported on the State return, however it was difficult to determine what the errors were. Also need to be able to enlarge help information, the fonts are small and difficult to read.

Since antiquity TurboTax works for us on both business and personal. The program, once fully updated with current forms, is amazing and getting better each year. Hoping to ride out my days with TurboTax on tap. Great support!

I am also on quickbooks online and there was absolutely no help downloading the file so I spent hours rekeying things. This was ridiculous waste of time.

Ridiculous that this product can STILL NOT import information from my QB Online account. I know users have been asking for this for years. Do they just want us all to move back to desktop QB? Seems very odd.

Great difficulty that ended up with a late filing due to failure to transmit the returns. The help section had no answers and there was no apparent support to help me.

some of the features are so frustrating. It needs to do a good job in helping, searching and giving additional information for a user to understand the requirements

The forms do not print out well and do not convert to PDF format. Difficult to go back to previous questions if need be. Hard to locate previous topics/questions order to make changes/corrections.

Not great as they didn't have an answer. The Program has a glitch on entering ownership shares and there is no fix except manual override and manual entry of amounts.

It is February 18, and the Maryland Business turbo tax is still not ready for downloading. This happens every year (i.e., chronic problem with state software available late).
