The only thing I don't like is that the seat position is fixed. So, expect limited range exercises.

Took a while to assemble. NICE machine, very smooth. Enough weight to get the job done.

Me and my son took our time putting the exercise gym together. We are now enjoying using the gym at home. The price was great.

Very solid, not too big, can do a full work out. I am 5'4” and it fits me perfect. Only thing to point out is if you are tall it is kinda small. My husband is 6'4” and he can barely make it work

This is our first workout machine purchase. We have been using free weights till now. The Macy 1005 is so smooth and offers so many exercises you can do. I absolutely love this unit.

Instructions are written poorly. Leaves you assuming in some area's. I was used to going to the gym and using all the different equipment, with covid I changed one of my spare rooms into a gym. I have collected a few different peace's of equipment this being one. I'm a 5'3” female some areas it's a perfect size, some exercises you need more room. I can already see areas that this peace of equipment lacks in on the first use. My 20 year old son is over 6 ft he's not going to be able to do some of the exercises because of how it's designed. On top of that one of the ropes already started fraying.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. I want to have a solid home gym to tune, strengthen, and condition my body, and this one does it. The gym mechanical parts are smooth and engineered to withstand the resistance to give muscle strengthening and body conditioning workouts.

This is a great addition to my home gym. The movement is smooth without weird noises once I put it all together. Surprisingly good quality. On the back part there is an adjustable area to move the pulley up holes to remove the slack in the cord line. Once I got a second pair of hands to help me with that (I'm on the 4th hole from the bottom), it is working really well. This is a really great addition and piece of equipment for the price. Setup was that bad at all.
