I did not need an extravagant home gym. I looked around this one did not take up much space, had plenty of weight, allowed me to do the exercises I wanted, and the price was right. Took me about 4 hours to put it together, but it went together pretty easy. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and am happy with it.

It's okay.. took my husband a few hours to put together .. the cord for the weight sucks and you will need to replace it with a stronger one.

Great value for a home gym I am able to perform many exercises that would do going to the gym! Love and not to bad to put together. I was able to put it together by myself within three with a 15 min lunch break!

I got my gym almost 2 weeks late and then when I finally recorded it, it was all dented up. I'm very upset. The gym itself looks like it's great but if I pay for something new, i expect it to be in perfect or near perfect condition.

Assembly took me about 5 hours. Item works well. Cables must be threaded before pulleys are inserted and fastened. Had to remove and reassemble several pulleys.

Overall its a nice gym at a good price, it did take a while to put together but I kinda like doing this stuff. Probably one of the most complex items I've had to assemble at home. I knocked 1 star off for 2 reasons, first it has a little rust on some of the joints where it was welded together and some of the openings of the pipes. Second the screws you tighten with the allen wrench are fairly easy to strip. Other than that it is a nice machine with a good amount of weight on it.

Plenty of variety in exercises. It's pretty sturdy, but it takes getting used to. I'm really happy with the value of the home gym. I wish the weights had actual measurement on them, rather they are just numbered, so you don't know how much you're actually lifting.

This home gym offers about 30 or so exercises. There are one or two exercises for most major muscle groups. The system doesn't take up a lot of space, but sometimes the space on the machine itself is a little tight for the exercise. The machine operates smoothly. Parts of the assembly were challenging because the diagrams were sometimes difficult to figure out and, for one part, the diagram was a little fuzzy. For each exercise, there is a single photo of an individual doing the exercise, but there is no explanation of how to do the exercise and in some cases, how to even set it up properly. The photos are behind the seat, so getting a good look at them requires some maneuvering. The documentation - for assembly and conducting the exercises - is disappointing.

The instructions are not great but if you separate all the parts and screws for each step you will find it a bit easier to follow. I am a 5'1” female and I was able to assemble this by myself until the very last pulley had to be adjusted, and that was easily done with the help of my daughter. Make sure you leave all parts “moving freely-no resistance” otherwise your retraction will not move smoothly. This piece is totally worth the price for an at home “starter gym”.
