The product was delivered in a completely destroyed box. That alone made me question the product itself. Once I was able to sort out all of the items; the assembly was easy and the product did meet my expectations.

Love, love, love this griddle. Easy to assemble but it's very heavy! Once I got it seasoned, it was ready for food. Food came out delicious! Would highly recommend!

I bought this almost 2 years ago. The metal top is not flat and it gets rusty from the basic cover they give you. I have probably only used it a dozen times because it’s just not great.

Fit if parts is sadly poor making it difficult to assemble. We are highly disappointed in the lack of quality when these parts were built. We are close to tossing it back I to the box and dumping it at the nearest Sam's return desk

Great item, came in broken from one of the handles , but the replaced and griddle works great. Easy assemble (need for sure 2 to help out). ease to move, handle and spacious for good cookouts.

Got this griddle on sale for $150. It’s a great griddle used it 4-5 times. 1 for a party we had for SB. It was a hit. Bacon wrapped hot dogs and Smash Burgers cooked quick and everyone loved it.

Got it home, started putting it together and it was missing a piece. Well I had to of the same pieces, returned it and got a different one & it was much better.

Cost to much for the quality. the 1st time we used it the middle of griddle became unlevel, we followed directions on how to season it so not sure what the problem is.

I had no idea how big this was and wish I could return it. Gets hot quick and is difficult to control temperature. It’s going to take up a large footprint on my patio and I don’t see myself keeping it very long.

We purchased this after hearing a family member rave about it. We used it for the first time in late April and LOVED IT. Assembly was not too difficult, my spouse did it by himself. It seasoned nicely with olive oil and heats beautifully. But best of all? NO flames and charred, dried out burgers! Plus bacon cooked quickly, was nice and crisp. We cannot wait to do sliced up vegetables and other foods (pancakes, eggs, etc.). While the food may not have actual grill markings, the ease of the griddle and clean up really are a plus. so much the gas grill is going by the wayside.
