I have not even been able to use this item, upon putting it together many pieces were broken, holes did not line up with other holes, the bottom shelf was dented, one area was stripped and could not even get the screw in.

The "waterproof" cover is not waterproof, so do not plan on keeping this "outdoor" griddle outside other than when you are using it. Water puddled on the cover during a heavy rain so that the cooking surface rusted before we used it once.

After 3 months the plastic imitation chrome knobs pealed and discolored, then about 7 months the cook surface warped so much 2 of the corners cracked and now drip grease.

Food does not taste too good. It dries the meat. And can burn your hands. Even with the low range. I do not recomend this item. You will be disappointed.

I had no idea how big this was and wish I could return it. Gets hot quick and is difficult to control temperature. It’s going to take up a large footprint on my patio and I don’t see myself keeping it very long.

Cost to much for the quality. the 1st time we used it the middle of griddle became unlevel, we followed directions on how to season it so not sure what the problem is.

Some of you complaining about warps, rust etc. YouTube how to season a griddle and or first time use griddle and how to clean it. You can’t just take it home fire it up on high heat you gotta ease into it.

Great item, came in broken from one of the handles , but the replaced and griddle works great. Easy assemble (need for sure 2 to help out). ease to move, handle and spacious for good cookouts.

The product was delivered in a completely destroyed box. That alone made me question the product itself. Once I was able to sort out all of the items; the assembly was easy and the product did meet my expectations.

Do not buy this grill. One of the electrode igniters will go out after minimal usage and Sam's Club (or the third-party call center) unfortunately makes it far more difficult than it needs to be to purchase a replacement part. Buy from a trusted local vendor instead.
