I have been cooking on a Blackstone for years. Decided to give this a try since a buddy of mine has it and I had cooked on it a few times. Assembly was excellent well thought out and easy to do with clear concise instructions. The placement of the drain is excellent and the fact that you can tilt the table for the amount of grease drainage you want is an excellent feature. This is a top quality table for the price, highly recommend!

So far this is a great griddle at a fraction of the cost of other brands. Here are some things that I have noticed, the front of the griddle doesn't get as hot as the back. Not a big deal, something cooking a little fast, move it to the front of the griddle. Also, when it came to seasoning the griddle, because the front of the griddle doesn't get as hot it didn't season as well as the rest of the griddle. To solve this issue, I put the griddle top on backwards and this allowed me to season the front. I believe other reviews have mentioned this. The grease drain is in the front middle of the griddle. I personally don't see the big issue, it prevents you from cooking anything front middle but the griddle top is massive. I'm sure I'll probably loose something down that drain at some point (shrimp, chicken, streak, etc.) and I'll probably make a fist and raise it to the sky and curse the griddle but come one, who cares. To sum it up, its a massive griddle at a great price.

Way too heavy of an item to be shipped the way it is. Was very weary about ordering online because of the reviews of item being damaged. Had no choice, none in store and none coming. Of course it was very damaged upon arrival, box halfway open. Sams club, please figure out a better way to ship this item or don’t ship at all. Really a bummer.

Assembled easily. Legs were sturdy. I like the center hole to scrape fat and cooking debris into. If you look at some units on youtube, they have a groove around the edge. Looks hard to keep clean. Unit gets hot! Easy to start. I did buy a hard cover from etsy to help prevent the top from rusting over a period of time. Having the cover included with a food grade scraper was a real bonus.

Great price for a quality built product. I put it together in about 1.5 hours by myself....If you have 2 people, it will be alot easier and should knock it out in about 45 minutes. I was a bit frustrated as some of the holes for screws did NOT line up and made it difficult and time consuming. Otherwise great product.

This is a great griddle! It's a fraction of the price of a name brand one and is the exact same! We are very happy with our purchase and have told several people about it. The cooking area is large, the grease tray is in the front which is nice. Buy it, you won't regret it!!

So far, I am very happy with the griddle. Assembly was relatively easy. The only hitch was one screw hole that did not line up exactly. I was able to get the screw in but only part way. I seasoned the griddle 4-5 times before using it, and I’ve only used it three times, but it was worked very well. There is a learning curve for get the heat right and the different zones on the griddle. For instance, the front of the griddle does not get as hot as the rear. So far, I haven’t noticed any signs of rust on cooktop, the griddle is still fairly new.

Waited a few weeks before posting... This thing is INCREDIBLE... Ive used it roughly twice a week for just under a month, cooked everything from filet mignon to eggs and bacon, and I could not be happier. Everything has come out great, it's easy to use, and the cleanup is bar none. I've always been a charcoal grill only kind of guy and I already threw my old grill out, just don't need it anymore. The setup was super easy compared to setting up charcoal grills of the same size. I did buy a bag for the top, as I live in FL, but I wont need it until rainy season... If you follow the instructions and keep it covered, you wont have any issues with the elements. Make sure you get a dome top, though as it makes cooking any thick meats, or melting cheese, a lot easier!! Def worth the price over the competitors.

The overall performance of the grill is great. Even though it is not shown in the picture, I was expecting a lid to cover the grill for some reason. Maybe just to keep dirt off and pets from being able to snatch things off. I would still buy this grill again.

Recieved item damaged box, husband went to put it together and the front part was scratched up and dented. The grill plate was missing the coating and rough all over it and had RUST. Called the vendor like it says to do AND they said they don’t cover RUST I sent copy of reciept and delivery date and I called 2 days after recieving the product. I sent photos AND they said it’s not under warranty and that the scratches were acceptable along with the dents. I would NEVER order this if it’s the same vendor because I am stuck with a rusted, dented, scratched brand NEW grill!! This was a splurge for us. They also stated they can’t replace an item because they have NONE which I do not believe it. This was and is completely sad that a vendor does not stand behind thier product.
