Parts were damaged upon receipt. I was given $50 credit because there was none available for exchange. The framework leans leading me to think this was a previously returned item. Love the grill but not quality item

I love it we have 7 in our house that I cook for except on Sunday's. I also cook for 4 neighbors so it's big enough for all the food I have to cook at one time. Also clean up is very easy. It was the best buy

Brought this for my husband as a birthday gift. We use it often. The only drawback is the griddle itself is not non-stick, so you have to base a coating prior to cooking.

Love the griddle. The only things I dislike is the side shelves seem a bit flimsy and the cooking service is noticibly cooler in the front vs the back. But overall, a great product.

It’s very good, but it’ll be better if with a hard cove like those grilled kind; also for easy cleaning, it’s better with a ditch in front instead of a hole.

Like it a lot only thing that I don’t like is that there are hot spots and cold spots it takes longer to get the hang of cooking on it but now that I’m using it I love cooking on it I was able to cook 14 burgers at once for supper bowll.

I cook on this grill more than I do in my kitchen. Omlets in the morning are the best. Best steak I have ever ate was cooked on this grill. Clean up is much easier than I would have thought.

I still need to season the grill so i havent used it yet!, but i have a smsller smaller one for our trailer and i absolutely love cooking on it. Will give further update and picture soon!

Purchased the griddle a few weeks ago and is working well. Cooks faster, easy clean up. The only issue I noticed on my griddle, bottom portion of the griddle doesn't season. Overall I would recommend it.
