We love the grill and have used it for making hibachi, fajitas, steaks, and cheeseburgers. Did f there are two improvements needed they would be even heating, burns hotter towards the back and center and a solid cover. If you put the fabric cover on and it rains a puddle forms on the grill top. Overall a great item for the price.

Love this griddle. It can cook up a bunch of burgers or bacon in no time. Only problem is that it gets hotter in the back then the front. Just have to rotate the food. Don't set anything close to the griddle on the shelves as they can get hot near the edges of the griddle. I like the slide out tray for the grease trap.

This griddle is fabulous! It’s about 28”x48” so you can cook a full meal for 6 hibachi style and not run out of room. And the clean up is a breeze. You’ll want to get a scraper to clean it with, a pair of offset spatulas, and some way to cover the food if it’s something that needs some steaming. We use an inverted aluminum pan 9x13 or shallow sheet cake pan depending on how much we have. We also have some stainless steel domes with handles for smaller quantities. You will need to season it like you do cast iron before using it the first time. It comes with a great cart and a cover. Fabulous for camping!

I have tried all summer to purchaes either a Blackstone or Camp Chef Griddle, they are just not available. On the morning of our 50th Anniversary, I was reading my emails. One from Sams Club showed this Members Mark Griddle, at a much better price than those I was trying to find. After putting it in my cart to be shipped, I checked to see if it Wed in the store. My husband and I drove to the Eau Claire, WI store. A nice young man loaded it into our SUV for me. I'm 71 y yes old, and my husband is unable to help with such things. Little by little I took pieces out of the box, got it put together, and only needed help from someone to get the Griddle itself in place. It heats well, cooks well, and is very sturdy, well designed, and a whole lot of fun to cook on. Also cleans up well... Thank you Sams Club, you made our anniversary super!

In reviews I read many felt as though the griddle warped and I've noticed this as well. However, with a little adjustment or just quick hands it's no problem. This griddle does everything I need of it and have used it around 5 to 10 times in the first month. Great for the price.

I purchased this in the middle of December in Iowa. I got to grill one time before it got too cold. I have had many BBQ grills over my 73+ years of life, but this Griddles is by far the best. I grilled some bones chicken thighs & breast on it and they tasted GREAT!

Great backyard size. Had some difficulty getting it level enough to cook but still drain into the drip pan, still working on it. Sturdy, lights right up and has easy to grasp knobs. Top is case iron and requires repeated "seasoning" to become non-stick. Cover should help keep the case iron top from rusting.

This grilll works well and isn’t hard to put together but the cover is not waterproof. The rain came through the cover and the grill top started to rust. Also the top of the grill is flat so when you cover it the water has no where to go so it just pools up on top the grill and eventually iit seeps onto the top of the grill.

Purchased this for my Family's lake house where there can often be a crowd for breakfast, lunch etc. Set up was quick and seasoning the griddle was easy. The grease trap is easy to clean out and in an ideal location. Would be nice if the side tables folded down for easier storage, otherwise so far no complaints.

I was super excited to get my new grill. It was a bit challenging to assemble specially since the grill surface was a little warped. Then the starter didnt work so we had to troubleshoot that. I followed the instructions on how to season it, but still had to you tube it because it wasnt working. Now that its together, we are enjoying it although there is a learning curve on the heat. I haven't been able to figure out how to regulate it very well. Time will tell if its all i thought it was going to be.
