The box came torn and mangled. The grill was bent on corners, paint missing and it looked like it had been used (bare spots where you cook). The hose was broken also. I kept it because it was all fixable. I spent about $20 to make it look new. Now it works like a charm.

Great griddle for the price. Works perfect and heats well. Only complaint is the heat zone only covers the top half and bottom half does not get very hot. Maybe how all work but think it should get hotter at Least 3/4 from top and not just warm on lower 1/4. Overall very satisfied

I volunteered to cook the burgers for the band at a high school for the JV games. They had the old type grill but it was in bad shape and I had too many flare ups. Bought this and could really cook a bunch of burgers at one time! No waiting for service at the window!! Assembly was a snap. Even heat. Easy cleanups. Only thing I found wrong was side shelves get very warm, no plastic here. Trying to figure if I can attach a deflection on the side of shelves.

Purchased this griddle for my son in law for his birthday. He has used it several times and enjoys it! The quality is great and the price is really good! I am glad I made this purchase and highly recommend this product. Having it shipped to our house was an added bonus due to the fact that this griddle is of high quality materials and very heavy.

Great backyard size. Had some difficulty getting it level enough to cook but still drain into the drip pan, still working on it. Sturdy, lights right up and has easy to grasp knobs. Top is case iron and requires repeated "seasoning" to become non-stick. Cover should help keep the case iron top from rusting.

We really like the griddle. We are in our late 70's but we're able to get it installed successfully. We have used it a couple times but we could never get the ignitor to work. We had to lite it from home on the left end. We have called the customer service number and a new ignitor has been sent out. We have not gotten it installed as yet. We are hoping this will be an easy exchange. We like the griddle.

My griddle seasoned beautifully and cooks well. My main complaint is the location of the grease drain. It is completely ineffective. I am considering returning it and buying an actual blackstone because this is such an issue. The grill is well made and I have enjoyed using it, just really disappointed in this important feature.

We can’t wait to use this for Spring Sports. Bought for our High School Boosters . This will allow us to offer so much more. Well built and a lot of cooking surface. We looked at a lot of grills and very happy with our choice. Thinking already about a second one for Friday Night Football.

This grill is awesome. I purchased this for my husband's birthday. It took him less than an hour to assemble. It took around two hours to get it seasoned. We use this grill 4 to 5 times a week. It's easy to clean. We have a large family and all the food can be cooked at once. No more keeping things warm while you wait for something else to cook. I absolutely love this grill. The only down side is there is not a metal lid to go over it when it's not in use. There is a cloth cover.

Solid product. Easy to assemble and works as described. Seasoned the griddle as directed and first cook went well. The cover is a nice touch to keep the griddle clean. Comes with a scraper which is nice. Also has a griddle leveling feature which is helpful. Great value for the money!
