Absolutely love our griddle and happy we saved a lot of money buying Sam’s brand. Followed the directions and seasoned it. Have used it 2-3 times a week.

Love my new griddle, minus 1 star because the cover is too short and is constantly flipping up with a slight wind. Ended up buying a Blackstone cover.

After 3 months the plastic imitation chrome knobs pealed and discolored, then about 7 months the cook surface warped so much 2 of the corners cracked and now drip grease.

Purchased a couple of weeks ago. Have used it it 3-4 times now. Very pleased so far. Would have given 5 stars if the griddle had a hard cover. Just dropped an extra Benjamin on a hard cover, but hey, I’m still $100 to the good over a Blackstone!

This grill is great! Assembly took some time but wasn't difficult. We did one seasoning prior to our first cooking and everything turned out great! We can't wait to try more meals! Highly recommend!

I'm hooked make sure you get all the griddle gadgets attachments before you start griddlinglove the grease trap in front not on the back Blackstone I feel the Blackstone is over priced .

Had it almost a month. Easy to use. No issues with warping. I preheat on low. Watched a lot of YouTube videos. They have been a big help in learning to cook on it.

Love it and I already tried Beef burgers, hot dogs and chicken Shawarma (boneless checken). This griddle cooking area is huge and can be easily taken care big party.

Item arrived damaged, and when returned to the South Gate store they did not want to refund me the cost. Took over and hour and half to finally get my refund. Won't go back to the South Gate Store unprofessional.

This is a good flat top griddle. I would give it 5 stars if the side tables would fold down. You need 6 feet of space for this plus 3 on each side. Be sure to season it.
