This is a very well constructed griddle. Very easy to assemble, haven't been able to use it yet due to medical issues.

We love this grill. easy to assemble and has a nice smooth surface to cook on. This grill get hot fast and love you can control the heat with four burners.. i use one side to keep food warm while cooking on the otherside.

This is a great grille. There is assembly required, be ready to follow instructions. But such an excellent purchase. I have the 2 burner as well both quality products. Better for the value than Blackstone.
