Just bought this griddle a few days ago and I haven’t cooked on it but I did get it seasoned but when I was doing this process I noticed the griddle top started to bow in the middle. It’s a decent size bow just above the igniter burner. I just know that it’s gonna take more time to clean and all the oil I’ll use to cook with all runs into that one spot. But other that it’s a nice good size griddle.

The package was delivered with massive holes and styrofoam/parts hanging out. While unpacking it, I found deep scratches which will end up rusting if it's not repaired. Once I put it together, I found a massive dent in the front which keeps the drip tray from seating properly and lots of white mold along the backside of the griddle. As far as how well it functions, will stay a mystery. I'm returning it to see what Sam's will do to make things right.

My husband spent his night putting together his birthday present to come to the last steps and two of the screws would not fit in the side tables making them wiggle more than what a 300 dollar product should. They need to check their manufacturing for the l-brackets and holes on the griddle itself. Then customer service said we have to disassemble and put back into the bad box it came in and have it picked up. Needless to say he is keeping the janky one and fixing himself rather than disassembling and trying to struggle to get back in the packaging. Thoroughly disappointed is an understatement and just be sure all the side pieces fit before getting to far into the assembly

Have owned for several months. Assembly easy enough. Have not had issues with build quality. It's an exceptional grill except for the following reasons...Hotspots! it really doesn't cook on the front 1/3 of the grill. Back 2/3 will get ripping hot, so if loading it up, be prepared to do some rotating and moving around. Has no problem getting hot. Grease trap is a little small, but that's ok. Just keep an eye on it. Cover that the grill comes with wears out quickly! Not water resistant or able to keep water from pooling on the flat top. Plan accordingly. Swivel casters do not swivel. Extremely frustrating design putting the heavy tank over the swivels and not the stationary wheels. I have contacted for replacement but I doubt that solves the problem at all. Overall it holds up well. Seasoning was easy and the top holds up very well. Have cooked well over 50 times on it and it is durable and cleans up well. Bought it at the super low sale price and for that money I would buy it again and again. Will be buying a hard top and high quality cover for it sooner than later.

Griddle is nice, relatively easy to assemble. I like that it comes with a cover but wish it was longer so that it at least covered the shelf below so dust and debris wouldn't get blown on it sitting outdoors. Honestly my main gripe was the giant advertising "stickers" they put on both side worktables. They were attached with some sort of sticky glue that doesn't come off when you remove the sticker and remains extremely sticky and messy. I spent over an hour and used up most of a bottle of goo be gone and a scraper trying to remove the glue residue. I got most of it off, but seriously those are unnecessary and even if they were they didn't need to be applied with something that wouldn't remove easily.

We bought this griddle in hopes of happy cooking on it for the family. While attempting to season it the Blackstone began to flake off. I'm not happy about this at all. Would like to hear back to from Sams as we haven't even used it once. I will be reaching out to Sams for help as the stone is defective.

I’ve had this grill for right at a year. It’s great. Cooked everything from breakfast, fajitas, hibachi, to hamburgers and hotdogs. It is bigger than the black stone. It does have a cool zone to the front. People who has used an industrial grill know that you have to rotate food and that’s when the cool spots come into play. This is a great value.

Ill be honest, I asked my wife to pick us up a BlackStone from Sams and she came back with this thing. I wasn't happy about it but decided to give it a shot. The assembly gave me a little trouble when I tried to place the actual cast iron top into the four holes. It wasn't a perfect fit and took some pressure to get it all straight. Also one of my screws for the legs were a little stripped. However, once I got those things fixed..it was in place and been great ever since. Whoever designed the placement of the grease trap and hole location gets a big high five from me! Its so easy to use the scraper that comes with the grill to remove excess grease or even food particles down the shoot into the grease drawer. The drawer is very conveniently located on the front for easy removal. This thing is huge and has allowed for us to cook up to 3 or 4 things at a time. its been great for eggs, burgers, potatoes, onions... you name it. I'll also mention... be careful when using the side trays to place plates or anything that you dont want to catch fire... that is a major hot zone! So, needless to say my wife made a great decision and picked this guy up. We love it. If assembly were a little better it would have received 5 stars from me.

This griddle is as good as the Blackstone I previously owned. I gave my smaller 2 burner Blackstone away bc I needed a larger cooking surface area. This Griddle is as good as Blackstone at half the price. Comes with a nice cover and cleaning tool as well. 100% recommend this product

I really wanted to leave a high review for this griddle and was on the path to do so until I started cooking on it. The good: nice cart, easy assembly, good griddle surface, lots of stable shelf space, easy start, great grease trap. The Bad: Very very bad heat distribution, I mean AWFUL. 200 degree difference from front to back using my IR thermo. Take a look a my photo, front of griddle has not even started to season. Front 1/3 is unusable for cooking. Shelves do not fold down. Zero wind protection.
