Great purchase. Went with this one over the name brand because it was such a good deal and seemed well made. We were not disappointed. I just wish it came with or had the option for a hard top cover.

Igniter no longer works after 3 months...Was told I can bring it in for refund. So I have to tear it apart and drag it into store. Warranty company had no replacement parts in stock could not help...

My husband had purchased this Griddle 2 months ago and it has been by far the best investment he could have done! Definitely relieves me from cooking every day. It was easy to setup, love the lower space and easy to maintain.

Followed directions cooked on it, cleaned it went to use again it’s all rust very disappointed have no idea how to get rid of very expensive for one use

I bought this as a gift for my son. He absolutely loves it! He has been cooking everything he can find. My daughter in law said that assembling it caused some minor friction but it wasn’t that complicated. They love it!

Set up was easy took about 30 minutes. The cart base sits at a slight angle. Pros: locking caster wheels, middle drip tube, griddle adjuster, shelves and tank hook. Cons: Huge temperature swings and very uneven cooking areas.

We love our griddle. We have used it almost every day since we purchased a few weeks ago. I wanted o get one for my brother but they are out of stock.
