We love it

I was so excited for this grill, but have been left so disappointed. It was pretty easy to put together, minus one or two holes that didn't line up, but that didn't seem to have affected the structure of the grill. Once I set up the grill, I places the cover provided on top until I was ready to use it about a week later. The bit water that sat on top of the grill cover from the rain we had the day prior to cooking on it for the first time seems to have seeped through the cover and onto the grill top causing rust. I was so disappointed that there was already damage before I even got to use it. I was able to clean it off pretty well, and figured I needed to treat this top like a cast iron skillet, so I oiled it well after scraping off the food bits from it's first use. Before putting the grill cover back on, I triple checked for any water on the griddle and make sure it was oiled every inch. I took the cover off about 2 days later to use it again and once again there was a TON of rust, this time all over the entire cook top. It hadn't even rained on the grill cover. The only moisture on top of that grill cover within those two days was dew. After this, I did what I could to get as much rust off as possible. I was able to get a lot of it off, and use it again. But the same thing happened about a week later when trying to use it. Since the griddle is clearly cheap, and the cover doesn't actually protect the griddle, the only solution to this would be a metal lid. I had such high hopes for this grill, but have been left extremely disappointed. If you can, just go spend the extra couple hundred dollars on the big name brand we all know. I wish I would have. I ordered this online, and it's all put together so I'm not even totally sure how I can go about returning this item. Aside from this massive disappointment, it does cook evenly and the structure of the grill so far is just fine. Just worried about cooking food for my family on a bunch of rust, so I will not be using this anymore.

Fantastic! Possibly the best ever! Works as should. Great addition to the grill family. Gonna make a lot of calories on this.

Love this grddle. It would have 5 stars but trying to find the grease pans without going to Amazon is near impossible.

The drain hole location is kind of dumb and the burners only heat part of the flattop so you have hot spots and the " cover" is not water proof

Griddle is fine. However, I have a leak on the gas line where the line connects to the fitting for the propane tank

Great product but the cover doesn't Velcro isn't that great and quit working after a few times of properly working.

Pretty simple to put together, but came dented in a couple places. Couldn’t return because i needed it for a birthday party

We absolutely love this grill. The only negative is not finding tin grease drip pans to fit the grease drawer. Anyone have any luck?

Griddle is great but again I agree with others that the cover is cheap and did not provide protection we were looking for and now there’s rust 😤
