The grill that was purchased was of great quality. I would recommend to anyone.

Great griddle, well made

Finally broke down and bought one of these and was not disappointed. Assembly wasn’t hard with one person. All items were labeled by numbers and the directions were very easy to follow. Probably took me an hour to assemble by myself. So far I have made burgers and teriyaki chicken and both have been very good. Wish I would have bough one sooner.

This griddle is good but the entire surface doesn't heat and cook evenly. The edge closest to the controls is not as hot as the rest of the griddle. The cooktop is great and large. It seasons easily and is easy to clean. The ignition doesn't always light the first time. Sometimes it takes me a couple tries. My biggest complaint is the cover. It is not waterproof. Every time it rains it soaks through the cover, my griddle gets wet and it rusts. This has happened twice now. I'm worried about it long term and will have to buy a new cover for it that is actually waterproof.

Had the griddle close to a year now got it on sale at what I thought was a really good price. I found out you get what you pay for. While the griddle top is sturdy the bottom is not at all. It feels like it is going to collapse. I am scared to move the grill and have retightened all the bolts but it is still flimsy. Wish I just bought a more expensive quality griddle like a Blackstone.

This griddle lasted less than two months and five uses. When I went to go use it the final time, I noticed the whole griddle was rusting. This griddle was being covered by the cover that came with the griddle, so it was not due to lack of care. When I called customer service, they told me that a refund was coming and they would pick up the griddle themselves. This was great, as frustrated as I was with the terrible griddle, but at least I was getting a refund. That was over a month ago, and while the griddle was picked up the day after the refund started, the money Sam's Club owes me has yet to hit my bank account. I have been speaking with Sam's Club customer service, and they have been extremely unhelpful. Jika, the most recent customer service rep, had to be the least helpful as all she did was once again forward it to the "Specialist" team, shrug her shoulders, and disconnect. Avoid this griddle at all cost and go with a reputable brand who sells better griddles. In all honesty, this whole experience has soured me on Sam's Club as a whole and I will most likely avoid using them for anything in the future.
