The bed is ok. The mattress is not any more comfortable than the one that was replaced. The massage is more like a vibrate. I do like that I can set it to read mode, sleep or zero gravity. Set up was very easy; I did it myself. I would recommend if you have help, definitely use it. The base is very heavy.

I like the hybrid style. After years of sleeping on all-foam mattresses, it's nice to have some bounce. My husband and I are average weight, but our last mattress was not supporting our hips anymore and this mattress has us both feeling so much better. I like a firm mattress, and this is it. It does transfer more motion than an all-foam mattress, but it's a fair trade-off.

I was hesitant to buy a bed online. I was told they are 100% worth it. We decided to finally take the plunge. Since we started sleeping in the bed, I can now lay on my back with zero issues getting up. I feel rested when I sleep even if it’s only 4-5 hours and my body doesn’t hurt. I’m mad at myself for waiting so long. It’s worth every penny. We couldn’t be happier.

I’ve had neck pain and headaches every morning for over a year. Hated the idea of getting a new mattress because mine wasn’t that old, but after a lot of research picked the Ghost hybrid. First night I fell asleep and woke up 8 hours later in almost the exact same position I fell asleep in. I had slept so soundly I didn’t move I guess. And I had NO PAIN. No headache. No stiff neck. Just rested and incredibly happy

I love my new Ghost Bed Flex. This is my first non-traditional mattress. It is extremely comfortable and supportive. I am 6'1" and 275lbs. I am comfortable in any position. I am able to sleep on my side as well without cutting of the circulation in my arms. During the purchase, they included two free Ghost Pillows. Those are the best pillow i have ever used. I sleep very warm and now I stay cooler and wake up without a sweaty shirt. My only minor complaint is that the bed is a little warmer than I was expecting. I wish I had gotten this bed years ago.

Love it. Its firm but now so painful firm of you know what I mean. I bought this mattress after I sent back another brand that was way to soft and weak. I bought ghost based on reviews and comparisons. It has been great no more pain and I am able to slept a full 8hrs no more waking up all night. I did add a topper for the hubby though. He likes to sink in where I don't but all is good. Give a try you will love it too!!!

After reading many online reviews, I decided to give the GhostBed Flex a try. My back is sore every morning when I wake up and , unfortunately, the GhostBed did not solve my problem. This is the third expensive mattress I have tried in the last four months and the result in all cases has been the same. I have come to the conclusion that the mattress is not the problem. I find the mattress very comfortable until I get up in the morning. I believe it is an excellent product. The purchase, delivery and set-up all went well.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this King size Flex mattress! Perfect does not begin to describe it!!! My wife has a few autoimmune illnesses that sleeping very difficult, as well as have crushed/herniated/bulging discs in her back. She usually tosses and turns all night, and wakes up in excruciating pain. The first night she slept on this bed, she had the most peaceful sleep of her life she said. A few weeks later, and it still holds true. She wakes up refreshed and recharged, and her pain has subsided significantly. She is so shocked and happy, and that makes me happy. I also have some issues with sciatica, and would wake up from muscle spasms and cramps. I am a local truck driver, and make a bunch of stops per day loading and unloading trucks, and typically work a 12 hour day. I used to be restless at night as well, and ever since we started sleeping on this mattress, I wake up pain free, have not had any spasms, and am ready to start the day. This truly is/was the best purchase I have ever made! Wish we wouldn’t have been so skeptical, and would have done this sooner!

Have had the Flex Queen mattress for almost 2 months now. My husband, who initiated this mattress purchase, says he finds sleeping on this mattress good for his back. In the past, he suffered waking up with back aches, not now at least. I have not had any issues with past mattresses owned. I am sleeping fine on this mattress. Since I like to sit on the edge of the side of the mattress to slip on my socks in the morning, I have noticed that the bed edge does dip down a wee bit more than our replaced pillowtop coils mattress. I am trying to break this habit! In researching, we still wanted the solid structure of lots of coils, so we opted for a combo mattress with the additional comfort of foam. We are both in our early 60's, 6 feet tall and in the 200 lbs weight range. I would have liked to buy the larger King size mattress but, we have a very nice Queen size bed headboard and lots of new Queen sheets which we wanted to keep using. Also, our bedroom size justifies the Queen mattress size rather than a King mattress given our matching bedroom set furniture. With Covid shopping restrictions, we decided on the safety purchase of a boxed, home delivery mattress. Ghostbed advertised a Boxing Day sale price and threw in 2 free Standard sized pillows with the purchase. However, we are a bit disappointed that the offer wasn't for Queen size pillows since we bought a Queen mattress from them. Also advertised, was a 10 year plus warranty on the mattress, which was better than any other boxed mattress company. As of this date, we have not yet used the pillows. We will use the pillows as I opened them up and they feel cool to the touch and will be good in the summer when temperatures warm up considerably. Delivery of the boxed mattress was very quick, just a few days. Unfortunately, I was not given any email notice of when delivery would take place. I came home after doing some grocery shopping, and the box was on the front steps in full view from the road. Luckily, no one grabbed the box and walked away with my purchase. The pillows came about two weeks later after a follow-up call had to be made by me that they had not come with the mattress. Overall, we are currently pleased with our Ghostbed Flex queen mattress purchase.

We ordered the split king Flex with the adjustable base, plus the pillows, sheets, waterproof cover, and 6” legs for the base. Received most of the products rather quickly. It was easy to put together and although I initially thought the mattress might be too firm, it was perfect for us. It is firm but also well cushioned. Had a couple of minor issues but everyone in customer service I encountered was excellent. This company makes a great product, stands behind it, and provides quality support. Thank you!
