First mattress I received had some issues with dimensions and build quality, I contacted support and they manufactured and sent me a replacement which is perfect. Medium firmness and it is heavenly to sleep on. Sleeps nice and cool and gives exactly the right amount of support.

Was having horrible hip pain on my old 7 inch foam mattress and decided to take the leap and get ghost bed flex. This bed (only 2 months in) is the TRUTH. No hip pain, great sleep. The bed doesn’t measure out to 13 inches as advertised but it’s pretty close. So far I’m happy with the purchase. If you’re looking for a good hybrid mattress at a fair price definitely look into this bed. Great for side and back sleeping.

Very comfy. Love the height of 13in. Bouncy but soft. Able to sot on side of bed without it smooshing like an all foam bed. Lost star for 1- smelling bad for too long. Expected slight but it lingered a few weeks. And 2- the sides once bed expands looks frumpy by the edges of gray. It looks loose as of it didnt rise enough and if you touch it you feel hard coils. Wish edges were more softer and taut.

After sleeping on our King size Flex for a couple of months we are still loving it! The mattress cradles you and makes it feel as though you are sleeping on a cloud. While the box it came in was shredded and soggy despite my getting it as soon as it came off the truck the mattress was in perfect condition. It fully expanded quickly and with minimal smell. Highly recommend this bed!

No slumping, no deep grooves, just pure comfort and great sleep. I am especially pleased with the long warranty period. This bed may very well be my last. I look forward to many years of wonderful nights of sleep. I wake up feeling renewed and refreshed. Thank you, Ghostbed.

I was hesitant and I indecisive about an online bed purchase. After the research Ghostbed came out ahead. Good product and lifetime warranty. It's been 2 weeks and I was amazed by difference in sleep. No more bad pain in the morning and I've had a sound sleep throughout the night. Actually been getting up before the alarm refreshed. The coils work great in conjunction with the foam. Edge support and cooling is great as well. Great bed.

The ghost bed flex is the perfect bed! I wanted something firm, but not too firm and this bed meets that exactly! The bed was easy to unbox and the smell from off-gassing wasn’t bad at all (which was one of my biggest concerns). It didn’t take long to fully expand and we were able to sleep on it that night. I’ve definitely been sleeping better since we got the ghost bed! I’d recommend it to everyone!

We had gone back and forth for a couple of months about purchasing this mattress and adjustable frame. After having rotator cuff surgery, I could not stand one more night sleeping in our recliner!! The next morning I placed the order and we had the bed in 4 days! I no longer need to sleep at an angle for my shoulder, but I still do, I get a full nights sleep. We tried multiple big brand name mattresses and ended up returning them all. We have had our GhostBed for about 30 days and we are OBSESSED. It’s honestly so hard to get out of bed now! We had a tempurpedic for years and I always woke up with back pain and hip pain. I’m a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his back. I don’t know how, but this mattress is amazing for BOTH of us. No more pain, insomnia has gotten better, and the cool-to-touch feature is so awesome. We love this mattress and will stay loyal to this brand in the future!

Once we finally received it after waiting a month for delivery, the Ghostbed Hybrid was easy to set up and so far has provided us an excellent sleep experience vs. the Avocado bed we sent back. We have the pillows and they to work well as even in the desert climate we live in we get a cool, comfortable night's sleep.
