I ordered this bed, I couldn’t wait to break it in, got it unboxed and opened. Set it up and the mattress just puffed up and rose to form. It’s firm but not to firm, it’s easy to turn over and move from position to position. Also it sleeps well. Cool and comfortable and has completely decreased my back pain and corrected my ED. Great bed. Highly recommend.

When we first received this bed, we were super excited. Then bed that we sampled at the Arizona Fair, made us really want this bed. The ordering and financing were simple and we got the bed in a reasonable delivery time-frame. We opened it up and it looked great. We laid down on it and it felt like we were lying down on a board. My wife was ready to send it back that same day. We decided to give it a month. The bed has very slowly becoming adjusted to our bodies. It still isn’t where we need or want it, but we are going to get trying it for about another month before we decide what to do. We have added pillowtoppers and still doesn’t quite help.

We fell for the memory foam hype many moons ago. Our bed always slept warm, holding onto our body heat and magnifying it all night. There was never a supported spot to sit along the side, we always slipped down as we put on our shoes. The Ghost has a firm edge along all sides and gives space in the layers to keep us cool.

Buying a bed for this couple was challenging as he is tall and thin, and I am tall and heavy with large hips. So we needed something that can support me, but also isn't hard as a rock for him. This bed seems to fit the bill. We are a couple months into owning it, and my issues are 1. My side seems to already be getting "soft" as far as support goes. 2. The pillows that came with the bed are great for side sleepers (me sometimes) but when I flip to my back my chin is suddenly jammed into my neck and I wake up with a sore neck. So I will probably be pillow shopping, and this is not the fault of Ghost Bed. Other than these two things we like the bed so far, the softness on my side does make me nervous for the longevity of the mattress.

After hearing the hype of this mattress on my favorite podcast for the last few years, I decided to finally bite the bullet. I was sceptical at first. I had recently purchased another memory foam/shipped in a box mattress with terrible results. Ghostbed's money back guarantee won be over from those worries. My lower back pain had turned into a tightening of the muscles which required me to try and stretch constantly at work. It had also let to shooting pains down my right leg into my foot. After ONE night with this mattress I was feeling better. I don't have those issues anymore and I'm sleeping much better. They also did an excellent job with shipping and had the mattress to my door within days. I have nothing but good things to say and have already recommended it to family and strangers on the internet.

Fast delivery, easy set up...A little firm for my taste, still not sure if I’m going to keep it or not, but it Stays so cool at night! I’m a hot sleeper and this bed keeps me cool at night even with the mattress cover applied and the sheets. The pillows are the same way, but they are very slippery! It’s a great investment and I’m not sure why it wants me to mention hands, but it’s a great mix!

after only having the GhostBed Flex about a week I can say the bed is comfortable. It is supportive but not too soft. The one thing that has let me down so far is the fact that the bed differentiated itself on it's cooling affects but I am not noticing them. I would have liked to see a greater affect as I have seen on other beds.

I have horrible back pain & have to take pain pills all day so for me this bed was an amazing gift. Being able to move the settings around to relieve pressure on my back is awesome! The massage feature doesn’t do too much. It’s more like a gentle wave then an actual massage. And, one thing you may not realize about having a split king is that if you want to take advantage of all the different settings (lift for your legs, reading position, etc) then you will be undoing your sheets at the end of your bed with each movement. So, if you don’t mind remaking your bed every time you get up from it then the rest of the features are worth it. I just think it’s something a buyer should be aware of because you truly have to REALLY LOVE all of the rest of the benefits to be willing to deal with this annoying problem repeatedly. I would have given this bed 5 stars if it wasn’t for this 1 problem.

Have had the Flex Queen mattress for almost 2 months now. My husband, who initiated this mattress purchase, says he finds sleeping on this mattress good for his back. In the past, he suffered waking up with back aches, not now at least. I have not had any issues with past mattresses owned. I am sleeping fine on this mattress. Since I like to sit on the edge of the side of the mattress to slip on my socks in the morning, I have noticed that the bed edge does dip down a wee bit more than our replaced pillowtop coils mattress. I am trying to break this habit! In researching, we still wanted the solid structure of lots of coils, so we opted for a combo mattress with the additional comfort of foam. We are both in our early 60's, 6 feet tall and in the 200 lbs weight range. I would have liked to buy the larger King size mattress but, we have a very nice Queen size bed headboard and lots of new Queen sheets which we wanted to keep using. Also, our bedroom size justifies the Queen mattress size rather than a King mattress given our matching bedroom set furniture. With Covid shopping restrictions, we decided on the safety purchase of a boxed, home delivery mattress. Ghostbed advertised a Boxing Day sale price and threw in 2 free Standard sized pillows with the purchase. However, we are a bit disappointed that the offer wasn't for Queen size pillows since we bought a Queen mattress from them. Also advertised, was a 10 year plus warranty on the mattress, which was better than any other boxed mattress company. As of this date, we have not yet used the pillows. We will use the pillows as I opened them up and they feel cool to the touch and will be good in the summer when temperatures warm up considerably. Delivery of the boxed mattress was very quick, just a few days. Unfortunately, I was not given any email notice of when delivery would take place. I came home after doing some grocery shopping, and the box was on the front steps in full view from the road. Luckily, no one grabbed the box and walked away with my purchase. The pillows came about two weeks later after a follow-up call had to be made by me that they had not come with the mattress. Overall, we are currently pleased with our Ghostbed Flex queen mattress purchase.

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Thank you, such a great design and functions so smoothly when raised or lowered at head and, or, feet! Purchased to use during recovery from spinal surgery and this amazing bed makes getting into and out of bed ten times easier than my other bed! Also the Zero Gravity setting makes my sleep almost pain free after my huge spinal surgery.... Thank you so much! Jeff
