My name is Cynthia Harmon..I purchased a ghost bed for my son....as he had back surgery and this bed was recommended....he tried the bed for over the 30 days and did not like it at all...I called for ghost bed to return it....in the meantime it was in my garage....my husband and I had split up at that time...he donated the bed to a family that had a fire...also, along with a lot of my stuff that was in the garage...( his revenge)....

Greatest bed ever. When I have the amount of women I have (4) at the same time in my bed, I need support. Very hard to but I manage to please all of them and that’s a direct correlation to my new Ghost Bed. Furthermore, when I drop my loads all over them (never in them, don’t want kids) I need not to worry about staining the mattress because of the Ghost Bed mattress cover. Anyways, great mattress and great company 5 stars all the way. #drinkinbros

Wasn't sure what to expect with purchasing a bed online. But Ghostbed has been great. The customer service is superb. On the website I read and researched each mattress, took the 'bed quiz' and chatted with a sales representative in the online chat, and decided on the Flex. It took a while to adjust, a few weeks, wasn't sure at first, but now I look forward to going to sleep and Thank God for my bed every night. I had a an Enso mattress before, and it was great and had served me well, but it was 12 yrs old and I was unable to find the exact one to replace it. So after lots of research on different sites I found Ghostbed... I loved the story of how Marc started the company and what he represented, and read the reviews....and decided to go with it. I slept on a twin pillowtop my whole life until i got myself a King Ghostbed Flex. It is wonderful. So soft, so cool, so comfortable. Easily the best sleep of my life. The foam top is super comfortable and you dont sink inside of it! (I have had it for about 6 weeks now)

So far I love this bed. (BTW I'm 65 and live alone. I was able to unpack the mattress and put the frame together by myself). Customer service was very helpful, too, as they graciously extended my trial period because my move was delayed. I love the fact I don't slide off the edge, as I did with my memory foam mattress. It's as described; great for side and back sleepers. I may get a foam topper, just because I do like some of the properties of memory foam. We'll see. I've recommended this bed to several other people.

The Flex Hybrid was the mattress recommended when I plugged my information into the sleep guide on the website. I have had this mattress for almost a month so I am still getting used to it. I like the firmness and I don't feel every movement my wife makes throughout the night. I feel this mattress sleeps hot and I normally wake up at night sweating. This was my biggest concern with getting a hybrid mattress and one I did not experience with a traditional mattress. If it continues I will have to return to a traditional mattress.

I purchased this bed with high hopes and while the customer service was great and the bed arrived within two weeks — it is not the undiscovered gem it boasts that it is. It is not firm enough as there is quite a bit of sag when you lay on it. As an individual with low back pain, this is the worst scenario I could encounter. I will be returning the bed and hope that the customer service will be just as great on the out kind as it was on the inbound!

we slept on my wife's daughters mattress for three nights while watching the grandkids and slept through the night, we had no back pain and didn't get up during the night to go to the bathroom. we ordered one as soon as we got home. it got here quickly and now we are sleeping sooo much better, love it.

We love the hybrid option and cooling top. The firmness is comfortable for both of us and we both sleep on side, stomach and back. We went with the split king and adjustable base. We love being able to adjust our own sides to our personal preferences but the mattresses easily shift apart and often have to be pushed back together. The bar at the bottom of the bed seems to fall out quite a bit and is frustrating to get back on with the mattress and bedding on.

We originally ordered a King size Luxe model mattress (2 twin XL mattresses) with motorized bases. My wife loves her mattress but I found it to be too soft. I arranged to exchange the Luxe with the Flex model. The exchange went fairly smoothly but there was some confusion regarding the value of each model but it got worked out after several emails and phone calls. I do like my Flex model mattress more but still getting used to it. We both really like the adjustable bases.
