[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not so firm as expected around the perimeter as I'm constantly sliding off in the sitting position and it makes me feel very nervous when I'm lying down as I feel like I'm going to fall out of bed. I usually sleep close to the edge of the bed but I've had to sleep about a foot away from the edge to avoid falling about 4 or 5 feet through nightstands to the floor. I've contacted customer service and only got a request for pictures. Pictures of myself falling off the bed? Really? Not satisfied at all at this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little nervous spending so much on a mattress but it was well worth it. It honestly fixed my restless leg syndrome. I sleep better and longer. Plus, it doesn't move much when someone gets in and out of bed so you don't disturb the other person. Most surprising was that this mattress is lighter than the Sealy hybrid we had before. Definitely leveled-up my nights. I should probably also note that this mattress also gives a lot of support in ... other activities a couple will use a bed for. Very nice results.

I tried in store, was very comfortable. When this was delivered much to hard. I gave it 4 weeks. Would awake with back pain. They did pick up mattress but had to pay for foundation. $400. They wanted me to pay for shipping but explained I was having to take a day off work to be home. So they did let me out off shipping charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried this mattress, I couldn't believe how firm it was. My wife had the same reaction. We both like a firm mattress, and I especially need one because of lower back problems, but this was a new level of firm. Yet sleeping and watching TV on this mattress is as comfortable as I've been on a mattress. It's firm but not hard, if that makes sense.

Replaced our 20 year King TempurPedic which we loved with the Split King adjustable because it was time for us to make the change. Hated to give up our older mattress but the newer firm split king adjustable is every bit as comfortable. The ability to alter the beds separately is a real benefit as we age. Even more comfortable than our original TempurPedic King

We like the bed. Proadapt hybrid actually helps you roll over in bed. Try it in comparison to a standard bed. My only complaint is even though these beds are supposed to be cooler than the older beds, (which I just got rid of) I dont see it. Had my old bed for 10 years. Was happy with it so that's why I bought another. Even though it seems hat at times, we still like it.

This is our 3rd mattress purchase - We bought our first two queen mattresses over 15 years ago and they are still great. Just bought a new home and needed a new mattress - king size. Not enough time to tell you about the AMAZING customer service I got from Hicks when I was placing my order in the middle of a pandemic - but he was THE most helpful, knowledgable, and very nice person I've ever talked to in a professional customer service call - ever! The delivery was held up, understandably, because of the virus, but when it finally was delivered, the delivery men were the best. Professional, friendly and efficient (also, under stress of the pandemic). And, finally, my review of the mattress - couldn't be better. Exactly what we wanted (I have many orthopedic issues from an accident that I had years ago) and just as comfortable as the Tempur-Pedic we have been using for years. This company, employees, and it's product are just the best - will always come back when I need anything sleep related :)

Putting aside the long back-story of how I went from bed to bed for years not finding comfort or consistent sleep, Tempur-Pedic has saved my life! By far the best purchase I have ever made. When I get into the ProAdapt mattress, my focus becomes SLEEP. It is an amazingly advanced mattress in terms of quality, support, and still provides a plush, cloud-like feeling as if you're slowly sinking into the bed, long after you've already laid down. I am getting full nights sleep EVERY night now, am having no issues whatsoever with the product or their wonderful support team, and encourage anyone who is looking to buy a new bed to truly consider making it a TEMPUR-PEDIC purchase! Sleep is the most important thing and I sleep so much better on this mattress than I ever have before. I chose the payment plan and when you break it down, it's not much per day for a good nights sleep. Most of us spend more on that for coffee each day! I highly recommend!
