[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed is ok, works fine, almost too firm compared to what we tested in the stores. Delivery and customer service were awful. Delivery "forgot" to put our bed on the truck the first day with little apology, more like "oh-well, not our problem." After a conversation with them explaining the difficulty in being away from work as we are both directors in our respective companies, they promise to schedule delivery for the following week, later after 4pm. 5 days later my husband is pulled away from work at because they were on their way to deliver our bed, absolutely before 4, well before 4. To make it right they offered to send us 2 pillows. Fine, I was going to purchase new pillows anyways. Although it doesn't return the significant time away from work I don't have to shop for new pillows. This was the last correspondence from them 3 weeks ago, mid-September. Since then nothing, no emails, no pillows, and no answering the phone. I sent a follow up email from my email address, my name was used to purchase the bed but contact info was for my husband so he could coordinate things, quickly received a response telling me to go to the third party I purchased from. I purchased directly through the web site. I responded with this information and my husband's information and received a very rude and short response stating they couldn't find any record of my purchase with them so they couldn't help. I've finally sent the correspondence with my husband attached to my email. Let's see what happens. I suspect more of the same- nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went to a retail store to figure out what type of bed we would like and kept coming back to the Pro-Adapt: Medium Hybrid, after trying several other options. The in store bed was obviously broke in and quite comfortable. The retailer was going to charge quite a bit more for the bed so we ordered our mattress online from Tempurpedic.com. The shipping speed was fairly fast. However the bed was not quite like the in store bed which is normal. There is a break in period for new mattresses and we are 60 days in and it still doesn't quite feel like the in store one. We are going to keep trying it for the recommended time to see if the mattress feel improves. I will say my wife and I are sleeping fine though, we just thought the break in period wouldn't take this long.

Love my new Tempur-Pedic, and the guys who delivered it were great, timely and professional. They were early, removed the old ones & set up the new one all within half an hour. It's my 2nd Tempur Pedic, I bought my first 22 years ago and needed to update. The base is lighter than my old one & quieter, and the mattress itself is double the depth of my old one yet lighter to move for changing sheets, and very, very comfortable.

Soft yet supportive. The ProAdapt Hybrid Medium mattress molds to your form and somehow still provides perfect lower back and hip support. It's the perfect density and layering of memory foam for my size (150-160 pounds). This past year I've dealt with back pain after an injury and this mattress has drastically improved my sleep quality. I'm completely satisfied with the purchase.

After countless hours of searching and reading reviews and even 2 other mattress trials, we finally decided to just go for it. I'll say we slept better and hurt less after the first night and it just keeps getting better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, at week two I was ready to leverage my free 90 day trial and return this mattress because it was not that comfortable and I was still waking up with sore joints. However, Tempurpedic customer service urged me to keep it because they said it takes at least 30 days to mold to your body and then you will feel the full benefits of the mattress. Well, they were correct because after 30 days, it felt so amazing I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning and the aches and pains of my joints certainly went away. Thanks Tempurpedic for making an incredible mattress that's helping me sleep better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the title described, I broke my back in my youth (twice / 3 vertebrae total) along with ribs and other bones. To say that it is hard to find comfort on a bed is an understatement, and my husband similarly. At first I thought it was a little too stiff but just give it 15 minutes and the places that are putting pressure on the bed will really sink in. I ordered direct from the website. The mattress was scheduled to be delivered about a week later. The drivers were top notch and quite courteous, took all the trash with them and did all the lifting. Great follow through as well from the web order staff afterwards to make sure everything was okay. The first night your body is getting used to it, the second night you sleep quite soundly, the third night you start to realize your husband isn't snoring anymore. Worth it's weight in gold! ~M

I was hesitant at first when making such a big and expensive purchase on a mattress, but after talking to several friends who have had Tempur-pedic beds, I was convinced and I do not regret it one bit. The first night sleeping on the mattress, I got a full nights rest (which I had been struggling with previously). I would rate it a 10/10 and highly recommend especially if you have trouble sleeping.

The mattress arrived on time and the delivery people were great! Unfortunately the mattress was too hard for my husband's liking. I contacted Tempur- Pedic after trying to "break" the mattress in for 30 days. They were very helpful selecting replacement mattress. Somewhere along the way wires got crossed and my order failed. I was able to get a customer support rep that seems to have taken care of the problem.
