Cutting the rolls in half is not a good idea. Surely you do not think the public would not notice??? They swing all over the holder bar. We are not getting our money's worth of the product, only the company is saving. I now put six rolls in my holder instead of the usual 4. How sad you felt the need to change a good product.

I was a person before who only would use cheaper, generic tp....WHAT WAS I THINKING! Charmin Ultra Soft is durable, holds up, and because of how it is made, I am using WAY less than I was on my generic rolls. Before, I was literally throwing money down the toilet! I am now a Charmin fan and will not think of going back to generic.

I have been purchasing Charmin Tissue for as long as it has been on the market. I am so disappointed in what has become of the product. Not only has the width been reduced, but when you reach the end of the roll, it is a huge glob of accordian pleated irregular sized paper. What has happened to your quality control????? I purchase Charmin Ultrasoft in the Mega package. The product was the best on the market, but I am so annoyed, I feel I need to try other brands. A very disappointed consumer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't generally have a go to brand of toilet paper, usually it's which ever brand has the best deal when I'm in need. This willy-nilly approach has backfired on several occasions- leaving us with unhappy hineys throughout my home. I think I've found a winner though with Charmin Ultra Soft. When I first received the sample from Charmin, I was immediately impressed with how large the rolls were. I had a "large" roll from another brand and took a pic of a side by side comparison; there was a noticable difference in the size. Anyhow, I then felt how soft the tissue was- and I've ended up with some soft tissue before- but this one was soft yet noticeably more sturdy. I racked it up on the TP stand and let nature take it's course, so to speak. Over the course of a few days, I could tell that we were using MUCH less TP than normal. This is a huge deal for me as I want to always get the most bang for my buck! The tissue itself stood up to my first observation that it was soft yet sturdy. And to further test this, instead of my normal cotton squares, I used 2 squares of Charmin Ultra Soft to remove my fingernail polish. I was able to get both hands done with two squares and the tissue didn't roll up or shred little pieces like other tissue normally does. I was thoroughly impressed by all aspects of this toilet paper. It didn't even leave little tp dusties on the toilet paper holder like other soft brands have done. I think they have made a brand loyalist out of me!! Good job Charmin!

I had been using store brand toilet paper but there is no comparison here. Charmin is very soft and I end up using much less than I do when I use the store brand. It is also thicker and more absorbent. I will definitely be looking to buy more Charmin when this pack runs out!

The size has been reduced by half an inch and the total product from 250.5 sq ft to 214 sq ft. Who do you think you are fooling?? We've been product users for years. So disappointed in this product change. Still soft but less product. Bring back the old size if you want to keep your old customers.

Let me start my review by saying it really is super soft and thick! Cleans up messes & tushes without having to use a lot! Which a a HUGE plus for parents! It's gentle on tushes & gets the job done easily! I absolutely love it, as does my son! Charmin really is the best & Charmin Ultra Soft really puts the competitor brand's versions of "soft" to shame! I highly recommend Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper!!

After receiving a sample of Charmin Ultra Soft I realize that cheap isn't always better. Charmin Ultra Soft really lives up to its name. The tissue is softer than any other brand you'll find in the stores. Don't let the name fool you. It may be ultra soft, but its also ultra strong! A little bit of Charmin Ultra Soft goes a long way! This is perfect for my family of four! My family will definitely be making the switch to Charmin Ultra Soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the pack and immediately changed out the roll on the holder for a new roll of Charmin Ultra. First adjustment is to use considerably less than the brand usually used due to clogging up the toilet and creating the need to plunge. Generally for a #1 only need 4-6 squares and for #2 6-7 at the most, maybe twice. TP is soft and absorbs well, just need to remember what paper is in use. Ran into a friend at a store in the TP aisle and discussed brands. She was already getting Charmin, didn't have to convince her....
