We used to give a 5, but the product is not as soft as it once was. It is now close to being ordinary and not worth the retail price.

Love charmin we don't yse anything but charmin. My kids have their own homes and they use it also. Once you use it nothing else feels the same!

I do NOT like the new way the tissue is cut between sheets. It doesn’t separate on the perforated lines.
