Not soft any more!😫

You added easy tear . BUT YOU RUINED THE SOFTNESS !!! WHY WHY !!! The softness is why I buy charmin only !!!!

New width is too narrow

New rolls are too narrow! They hardly cover my hand and wobble on the toilet paper holder. Please go back to normal size, I'll pay more.

The best we have ever used. If I don't have Charmin Ultra Soft on the roll, my family complains of the harshness. We now use nothing but.
