I have purchased Charmin soft for many many years now and it has changed. It is certainly not as 'soft' as it used to be. Whatever changed I wished you would change it back. Not looking forward to trying another product.

Charmin is really soft and I love the larger rolls that last a longer time. My only other comment is that I hope you consider making the outside wrapper out of recyclable plastic. Thank you.
