I have been buying the MEGA size Ultra soft for many years. Last week I bought the Mega size (18 count) and when I opened them , they were the regular size rolls!

I am very disappointed that Charmin has decreased the size of their mega rolls AGAIN. If tis was an economic decision, I would rather pay a little more and not have the size decreased!!!

I've always loved Charmin but they're making a huge mistake by making the rolls smaller. I always buy the Mega rolls. Now the rolls are much narrower. The price is too high to pay for less.

I have been using Charmin TP for as long as I can remember and switched to Ultra Soft when it came out. Not only is it no longer Ultra Soft it's not even reasonably soft. We will be switching to a different brand for our next purchase.
