I've always been picky about toilet paper because I want something that is comfortable and gets the job done. Charming has yet to let my family and I down.

thought the price had gone down, but just to find out, we were just getting less for less. use to use nothing else, now have switched to costco brand because it is wider. 1/2 inch is not worth losing all you customers.

Buy Charmin Ultra Soft at Sam's Club for many years but last package I bought had smaller width rolls that is half of the toilet paper holder. Not happy in LA.

The new “easy tear” is worse than the straight tear line. My toilet paper rips crooked WAY more easily now that it has been upgraded to “easy tear” with the rippled edge

I used to use your Ultra Strong, but you changed it to a scratchy, rough paper. Now you have done something to the Ultra Soft. It leaves paper residue and doesn't tear at the seams. Why couldn't you just let it be?
