I am so unhappy with the company that you took away the width of the roll It moves all over the toilet paper roll and you have to use more I'm thinking about changing brands please get the width back in the rolls

Have been using for years but am disappointed that they have made the roll not as wide. Will check out other brands if they do not go back to the old width.

Instead of Kroger brand tp, I pay twice as much for Charmin. The roll design is to enable the unrolling of the tp. The mega rolls are packed so tightly, the inner cardboard 'roll' is misshapen. Therefore, it doesn't roll.

I was very disappointed with the 18 pack of charmin ultra soft mega rolls that I bought today. 3 rolls of the pack are unuseable. The roll isn't even there on them, it's completely closed off. I am not sure if I will buy this product again.

Toilet Paper is definitely a product where you can tell the difference between poor and excellent quality. Charmin meets the criteria to fall into the excellent category. It is thick, strong, and soft and always a welcome addition to the bathroom.
