Charmin is the only tissue I use but it bothers me that every time I buy a new (large) package there is less tissue. I just checked a new roll and it is AGAiN narrower. I can't believe you don't make enough money without shorting the public frequently.

I was hesitant about joining the BZZAgent Charmin Ultra Soft campaign this reason. I am so glad I did join. I couldn't believe how large the package was when I received it in the from Proctor and Gamble. Even my husband commented on it size. The real surprise though is how soft it was. I have been a die hard Scott's user for over 25 years, mainly because that's what I grew up on. It's the only kind my parents ever used. I didn't realize there could be that much of a difference in toilet paper. I am in love the Charmin Ultra Soft because of how soft it is and how long it lasts. I am also too cheap to buy Kleenex and Charmin Ultra Soft is great as a substitute for Kleenex. No Rudolph Nose for me!!!

Charmin Ultra Soft is one of my Favorite Toliet paper Brands. It doesn't get stuck to you, it won't rip while using, it's Ultra Soft that it's smooth to the touch lol. The Price is kinda worth it because if I buy any other brand that's cheaper it will have the problems that I'm not looking for. I want to feel clean and not worry about tears and leakage going thru the paper. Try it out for yourself, you can't go wrong with Charmin.

We've bought Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Tissue for many, many years. I've spent 60 + years serving the United States Navy. There are roughly 1.4 million military personnel and families serving the United States. All of us are used to putting a Straight Edge on everything we do, i.e. folding Tee Shirts, Underware, towels, etc. With the new SMOOTH TEAR it is impossible to put a straight edge on toilet paper. Don't know where your engineering personnel came up with this Smooth Tear but it is horrible, if this isn't fixed you'll lose a lot of customers.

We have historically purchased store brand toilet paper but after receiving this to try from Charmin we are absolutely going to switch!!!!! The rolls last SO much longer than store brand paper and the softness is not even comparable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin was soft, yet strong and sturdy. The jumbo rolls are GREAT!! I love have the larger rolls so you don't have to worry about running out as often. The Charmin was soft, so I didn't get irritated or sore. I also liked the fact that it didn't shed a lot of lint or fall apart during use. You can definately tell the difference in quality in using Charmin or a cheaper store brand. My bathroom didn't get as "dusty" during the week because there was not paper lint flying around so cleaning was easier and quicker too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Giving a review on toilet paper may seem a little "personal" for some, but I thought I should share the positive notes upon switching brands. When Charmin sent me their Ultrasoft Mega Rolls my first thought was about how HUGE the rolls truly were. The toilet paper holders in my house are all either freestanding or the type that just slides onto a hook-like holder, so I had no problems with the extra large rolls. In fact, it has convinced me to switch over to the mega rolls permanently since I don't feel like I'm changing the roll every other day. It seems like the rolls last forever compared to our old "quilted" brand. I should also mention the softness of the paper. My family used another quilted brand that seemed great up until I tried the Charmin. The Charmin almost felt like using a Kleenex as opposed to toilet paper. Overall, I would definitely recommend using Charmin Ultrasoft. The only downside I could potentially see is that such a large roll may be hard to put in a standard wall toilet paper holder, but I personally had no problems with it. I hope you'll give the Charmin Ultrasoft a try, I never thought I cared much about the type of toilet paper I bought until now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very difficult these days to find tissue that's soft enough to be used on the face, but strong enough to be used on the tush haha. Charmin Ultra Soft is definitely that type of tissue. I feel like I don't ever have to buy Kleenex again because this tissue is soft enough that it doesn't cause irritation for my nose. It doesn't shed easily, so it's great for wiping. I really like this tissue/

The last four packages that I've purchased had rolls that the glue on the starter square was so strong and stuck to 2-3 layers below that I had to rip into the roll and pull out a bunch just to get it to roll out as it's supposed to. Whatever you have changed with the glue on that first/starter square is messed up. Please get quality control to do something about this. It's not just one or two packages, it's continuing to happen and more of a pain than it's worth. I've used Charmin for years, but I'll look into another brand if this keeps happening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I started potty training my 1yr old I was buying Scott toilet paper. That is until he wanted to be a big boy and go potty by himself. Lets just say he overused the toilet paper. Later that day he kept complaining that his butt hurt. (light bulb "Charmin") Charmin Rg didn't work for me. I've been able to try Charmin Ultra soft and the things I didn't like about Charmin Rg ( ex: The ridges from pattern were too close together causing rips and tares) were fixed. My little one goes by himself without clogging my toilet and there hasn't been another Ouch! report.
